 In the case of cancellation
In order to deliver your order as soon as possible, we make arrangements to ship your order sequentially after it is confirmed.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as we will begin shipping as soon as possible.

In case of returns (due to customer's reason)
Returns are accepted only for unopened items within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please email us first to let us know.
We take every precaution to package and ship products, but in the unlikely event that there is a mistake or damage to the product, we will make arrangements to replace the product as soon as possible after receiving your notification.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

If the reason is due to a dent in the product's outer packaging that occurs during product transportation.
If the product is not suitable for your constitution (Supplements are food products, and there are rare cases in which they may not be suitable for your constitution.)
If the reason is due to the user's subjective factors (smell, flavor, color, feel, etc. of the product) or the size of the capsule or tablet.
When the reason is due to changes in product condition caused by the customer's storage conditions.
When there are a small number of empty capsules or damaged grains in the product. (Due to the automatic filling process, empty capsules or broken capsules are rare.)

 

In case of returns
If the wrong product is delivered, the product is damaged in transit, or the product is defective, we will replace it immediately. Shipping costs will be borne by our company.

In case of customer's convenience



Returns due to customer's reasons
Please pay the return shipping fee at the customer's expense. We will not be able to accept the returned goods even if they are returned by cash on delivery.
Shipping and transfer charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded.

Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your return.
Opened items cannot be returned. The product must be unused and unopened. (Except in cases where we offer a return service on the page)
Please do not return products due to damage to the product's outer packaging during shipping.

Supplements are food products. In rare cases, supplements may not be suitable for your constitution. In such cases, please do not return the product.
Please do not return products due to subjective factors (smell, flavor, color, feel, etc.) or the size of the capsule or tablet.

We do not guarantee any changes in the condition of the product due to the customer's storage conditions. We do not accept returns for this reason.
Due to the automatic filling process, empty capsules or damaged capsules may be mixed in. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the contamination is small in number. Please understand this.
