Doctor's Choice offers subscription course that products on a regular basis without having to place an order each time.
1. Shipping fee is free regardless of the amount of the order.
2. Subscription orders are more reasonable than regular orders.
3. Delivery options between monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 4 months, every 5 months, or every 6 months according to your convenience.
4. There are no restrictions for minimum period of subscription. Subscription can be cancelled at any time.
Doctor's Choice subscription is reliable and safe to continue
There is no limit to the subscription period. You may cancel your second order if you do not like our product.
If you wish to cancel, please contact customer service at least 7 days prior to your next order date and we will process your request.
The date of your next order can be changed at your convenience.
You can easily change the date of your next order by yourself from My Page.
You can also change the date of your next order by phone.
Please contact our Customer Center at least 7 days prior to your next order date, as it may be difficult to change the date if the order is already being prepared for shipment.
Apply for the first time
Make an account with our page.
Click on the subscription button beside the product you wish to order before adding the item to your cart.
If there are other items you wish to purchase, please proceed the same by adding them into the cart. When all the items you are looking for are in your cart, proceed to "Check out".
First, please specify the interval you would like to have for your subscription.
You can choose from monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 4 months, every 5 months, or every 6 months.
Please fill in your personal and payment information to complete your order.
An Order Number will be displayed when your order is complete.
・Second orders for subscription
The second subscription order will be automatically placed at the order interval you entered. Once an automatic order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you, so please check it each time.
For example: If you order a monthly course on June 12 for the first time

To change or cancel an subscription order, please change it from My Page or contact the Customer Center at least 7 days prior to the next order date.
Please note that orders that have been prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled.

How to change and cancel subscription
Changes below can be made through My Page 7 days prior to the next order date.
・Change the interval period for the subscription
・Next automatic order date for subscriptions
・Canceling a subscription Order
・Change the delivery address of a subscription
・Change the payment method for subscriptions
※Please note that these changes will not be possible after 7 days prior to the next order date.
To make these changes, log in to your account, click "Manage Subscriptions", then click "See more details" button of the product you wish to change. You will be able to make changes with your subscriptions, such as cancelling, pausing, rescheduling and changing the subscription intervals.

Change the interval period for the subscription
Login to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions", then click "See more details" button of the product you wish to change.
There is a section where you can check your order frequency.
If you wish to change your order frequency, please click on "Edit Frequency". There, you will bef able to change the intervals of your subscription.
(You can choose from monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 4 months, every 5 months, or every 6 months.)
After making your selection, click the Update" button.
Rescheduling date for subscriptions
For example:
Changing the order from 1st to 25th of the month.
Please select "Schedule".
From there, click "Reschedule".
You will be able to reschedule your order from here.
